I’ve been playing backgammon since a young kid. Playing this game since 2017. This is the only backgammon that has good graphics. The best of so many. However, this game gets worse and worse as the years go by. As most of us know the dice seems to be rigged and they will come back and say it’s not. But what use to make it bearable to keep playing were the daily coins it would give and the coins it would give after playing for certain amounts of time in a day. Now if you cramp out with zero coins and then in a hour it only gives you 40 or 60 coins and you still can’t play. There’s no fun in that. I remember back when it would give you 2000 or more. Also, would be able to play and build your coins up to or over $100,000. Now if you get over $10,000 this game finds away to make sure you do not keep those coins (rigged to lose). I use to be able to play on the higher boards and now for over 5 or 6 years I can’t even play over 1000 board which is ridiculous. If you want people to buy coins FIXED this game. Why would people put money into this game to lose it all. Make this game enjoyable again!!! p.s. please don’t respond back because all you will say is “. I’m sorry you think this game …….blah blah blah”. Oh also, had anyone else experienced where the timer speeds up so your 30 secs only is 10 sec actually. It’s like some players has figured out how to make the timer run out fast like how they have figured out how to roll the dice in their favor.

Love the graphics BEST graphics by far, BUT- if you play on iPhone and have more than 5 blots on left side of board, the word "double" and the word "done" blocks the ability to move the covered blots! Very frustrating! I had 7 blots on number 7 space- virtually impossible to move off that spot if it's your second dice move of that roll. It keeps "undo" (ing) the move because you keep hitting "undo", it's covering the blots.....time runs out..... FIX IT! and need a more reasonable “variant” games, you’ve got them at $9000 coin per game, and none at a reasonable price. You are missing the action. I know you use a RNG, but I can assure you there are patterns, very predictable pattens, especially with doubles suddenly being repetitive for your opponent, exactly the numbers they need repeatedly especially after doubling down. I now remember why I deleted your app. IT IS A PREDICTABLE OUTCOME FROM WHO STARTS, to WHAT THE DICE ROLL WILL BE, it may be random, but it’s a predictable consecutive pattern of dice roll outcomes in too many games to be coincidental, and that’s NOT RANDOM….. DO BETTER, AND STOP BEING GREEDY, create less expensive variant games!

I am dissatisfied with the overall functioning of the app. If a person gets booted or the game crashes, ( which seems to happen a few times a week for me) you should be able to resume your game if you can get back in! This is something you should be able to address on the back end. Additionally, I would like to know why the special rooms set up for holidays, etc start out at one rate for coins and double? I was playing leprechaun board at 3500 and it has doubled this morning to 7000! Why? Now I don’t play so won’t lose coins..I like the nitro board and feel this should always be an option at an affordable rate, like 1-3k . I know there are likely a lot of us who would enjoy a fast paced game that we can play on a break, or while waiting for an appt, I personally don’t like the variants, but understand some people may. etc. also, there are times when an opponent will roll doubles like many times in a row..or get the exact number to return to board after getting captured several times in a row even when there is a blockade of 3-4 spaces on home board. Law of averages says this should not possible happen, but does many times. I play daily and have lost coins with the crash issues but most of the time they are returned to me, but I find it extremely annoying to have to contact customer service 3x a week for same issue. One more comment, I used to be able to click on opponents picture and see their stats and coin balance, now I cannot! Please address this, I am playing on iPad.

The game and the dice rolls are absolutely fixed, look at all the reviews saying the same. I’ve played this game off and on and every time I come back to see if things change and they don’t and I am deleting the app. You will too. I’ve had some ridiculous experiences with the opponent getting a series of dream roles or myself getting literally the same role three and four times in a row while having a piece on the bar, waiting to come back in so that the opponent catches up or just takes a game ending lead. Nothing random about that, it happens several times per week. So far off from the actual chances of that happening with such a frequency. It’s absolutely ridiculous and it’s not even close. Apple really needs to investigate this app. I don’t care how often the developer replies that they’re using a random number generator, it’s not true. There wouldn’t be this many people leaving reviews about cheating and dice fixing about a cell phone video game if the cheating and fixing wasn’t so egregious. Like the developer could probably cheat in small ways, but instead they choose to cheat in the most obvious, non-random ways. It’s ridiculous. First you’ll go on a ridiculous winning streak where they get you feeling good to the point that you start making purchases and that’s when you start losing in ridiculous ways. The game definitely knows once they have someone who has a willingness to pay and then they just start messing with you. Once you see this start happening to you just delete the app because once it starts, it won’t stop. Apple please investigate.
