False advertising and false claims for 90 day refund guarantee

I had the exact same experience as the prior person who left feedback. I downloaded the DVD Ripper Free version, however I wanted to place some DVDs that I own onto my hard-drive and the free version would not do that. The free app said that if I upgraded to the ‘full Pro version’, it would work. However, after upgrading, it still wouldn’t work.I contacted the support and they were unhelpful. They told me that obviously I should have seen on the App Store that it would not work for what I needed (however, this was NOT noted anywhere on the ‘upgrade to Pro’ advertising from my Free app version) and that my only recourse is to PURCHASE the Pro version AGAIN direct from their website, which should work for what I need. They won’t refund me or exchange it for me to the version I need, & Apple store won’t process the refund. So I’m out $25 and disgusted at the incredible false advertising: they told me an upgrade would work and the website claims that there is a 90 day refund guarantee.Beware the false advertising and don’t expect that they will provide you with the support that you need. This is not a reputable vendor

I am trying to copy some commercial encrypted DVDs I purchased. I downloaded the free version of this app and it said quite clearly that to rip a protected DVD I needed the Pro version. So I bought the Proversion and it failed to rip the DVDs I want copies of. If your objective is to make copies of your commercial DVDs, this ain’t the app to get. I want my money back.
