This app requires you to create an account. After you fill in all of your personal information, it says it is going to send a confirmation email to allow you to use the app. But the email never arrives.
Their web site has the same problem. Coincidence? No, because the app appears to be largely a Webkit view that wraps their web site in an app shell.
The English translations are... well, bad. “When did you born?” We all localize our apps but when you do, please use a professional translation service, not Google Translate.
App not useful
Would love to have this app as usable... when we left US it is so easy to check-in online but once you are coming back it will not check you in therefore we need to be in line for an hour for the customer service to get us checked-in. The app won’t let you view months of booking opportunities you need to get in the computer to do it. The app for Hongkong Airline got a lot of potential but I guess they don’t know that. Please fix your app. Thanx!!!
App is horrific
It's a huge rigamarole to even get checked in and once you are they make it look like you can add your pass to your wallet but you can't. It just saves an image of the page. And if you leave that page you can never get there again. If you try to check in again it will tell you that you're checked in.
