App not connecting unless Korean

The app doesn’t work unless I change my phone into Korean language. If I want to access the videos, I have to change the whole OS into Korean. Please fix this, this is such an easy fix with Claude or Gemini.

Can’t connect to camera using English as phone language - UPDATE

UPDATE: I just updated the app hoping this would fix the language limitation, and it does! I can finally use the app to access my car’s camera in English! Great job, and thank you! ORIGINAL: I just got this camera installed in my car today, but the app would not connect to the camera no matter what I tried. Eventually I switched my phone language to Korean, and the camera connected just fine. When I switched back to English, it lost the connection. It would never connect again. What’s the point of having English support if it prevents the single most function of the app?

Dear GNet. I received an email from you about the one star rating you received, and the review below. I don’t use GNet. I will give you 5 stars for your response in getting back with me in a timely manner. Answering with a response to a review, shows a respect for your client base. I didn’t write review. I had my IPhone SE 2020 stolen. This review was written by the person who had stolen the smartphone. The review could not have happened without Apples help. Apple knew the smartphone was stolen, and Apple chose to allow a stolen smartphone to be used, when I told them the smartphone was stolen and unlocked with another manufactures software. miami2denverI’m giving one star because none of the issues in the ratings are dealt with by the makers of the app. Shows how much they actually care.
