The lack of updates and functionality to work with new iPhones is aggravating. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and am currently searching for a service that rolls out new updates often. It seems Smartwaiver ceased innovating a few years ago.

We use smartwaiver console to check racers in for a bi monthly ski race. We use iPads as they are durable and portable. Smartwaiver rolled out an update a month ago and our iPads can’t connect to console for the past 2 races. Smartwaiver website states they are compatible with IOS 10.3 or greater and all of our iPads meet this criteria. No phone support, only email and there are no promises on when this issue will be fixed. We have 2 more races coming up this month. Currently looking at other apps that will meet our needs

As previous reviewer has mentioned, this app doesn’t function well with the newer iPhone’s like the iPhone X and iPhone XS. It doesn’t rotate to the portrait mode. It’s difficult to close it out. This app hasn’t been updated in a year. For a service we have to pay for, I’d expect better. Please provide support for the new iPhone’s. At the present time, logging into the Smartwaiver Console website via Safari works better than this app.

I purposely kept my old android just so I can sign into smart waiver to send to my clients The format I send my clients is just plain and ugly, weird after all these years there’s no sprucing it up a bitI’m just upset because I cannot log in through my iPhone at all it also doesn’t allow to sign into smart waiver with google This app is so dated I might as well move on to the next Also, it’s expensive
