WHAT IS AN ANNUITY LOAN?
A loan repaid with a constant installment over the entire term. Each installment contains a share of interest and a share of principal. Because every payment reduces the balance, the interest share shrinks while the principal share grows — by the end of the term the loan is fully repaid. Most personal loans and mortgages are structured this way.
