I just started learning Tamil, and as an English speaker, the characters have been the hardest part. Usually with languages that use the Arabic alphabet, you can still sound words out, but with Tamil, I had no way of doing that, so this app has come in handy. One feature that I wish was available is: When you’re learning a character, and it shows you an example word with that character, I wish that you could click on the other characters in that word, to hear how they are pronounced in real time.Also! I would love it if the English word for what is pictured came up under it. There are times when I can’t tell what the translation should be based off the picture alone, because the picture show could be multiple words.But otherwise, a super helpful app.

It's annoying that I have to pay money to learn more about Tamil and Hindi . When I was a toddler, I used to not pay. But now, I really leave this app ( Including Hindi 101) alone. Please change it so we would learn more hopefully. I also have a suggestion. If you just put Tamil words I think it will be great.

Downloaded this app hoping to learn more about writing in Tamil, it's definitely proven useful. My 6 year old kid found the app on my iPad and had fun tracing and learning the sounds. He always try's to get 100 out of 100.
