Love app but platinum problems

The app is really fun and you can even hear your characters when you get the part of the story that you can listen back to but with the getting the platinum points free with out buying them getting to them is slow and sometimes doesn't even work it's takes time for you to get the points after your earned them and if you still don't get them you have to email them saying you didn't get the points so I think that's just a bug butOther then that 10/10 would recommend

I’ve played this game before and I recently started playing it again. The story line is great but I’m having a problem getting free platinum. I pressed on the button once and I was able to get free platinum and now I can’t press it anymore so I’m stuck with having to earn Feminine points to advance. Please fix!!!

I’ve played this game before and I recently started playing it again. The story line is great but I’m having a problem getting free platinum. Its cute, and I like it but there's some sound issues and story ticket issues. I thought it was always odd how my sessions would be so short but I counted I would only use 2 or 3 story tickets and it would say that I've run out... Its frustrating and earning platinum is time consuming and difficult. I would follow the directions clearly and never receive the platinum. Unless I did the simple "watch a video" and get like 1 platinum.

The storyline overall is awesome and the graphics are great, but my only complaint is I don't get sound even though I have the sound settings on... It's frustrating! If possible could there be a way to fix it???
