My husband and I took an amazing trip to South Africa. We had awesome pictures and really wanted to feature as many of them as we could. Sweet Pix was the perfect option. It could not have been easier to choose the photos we wanted, upload them, edit as needed and place the order. We receive them in a shorter amount of time than promised and our wall looked incredible. Unfortunately, we had to take the photo boards down when we moved. I wrote to the company to ask about the double-stick tape - if I could purchase more or if they could recommend something that would work. I received a reply from Caitlin within a couple hours and was told she would send me as many pieces as I needed for FREE! I had to tell her how many boards we had (18) and our new address. She placed them in the mail the very next day. You will not be disappointed with Sweet Pix.

My cousin has pics like this in her basement and I absolutely love them. The reviews are wonderful, so I was looking forward to purchasing photos. So much so that I was having troubles narrowing my photos down. After hours of searching for the perfect photos and going back and forth to choose the ones I wanted the app crashed and I lost the 32 photos that I finally landed on. This is the fourth time that I had to start from scratch (one time I accidentally closed out of the app). I don’t know if it ‘times out’ after letting them sit so long or what. All I know is that it’s 9:35p and I started this around 3p with intermittent pauses. I’m super frustrated with it at this point because it lost all of my work not once but 4 different times. Throwback: Think of the hours and hours you spent working on a paper and your computer crashed. That’s the frustration I feel right now. I don’t even write app reviews but this app needs serious improvement if you want to make it user friendly. The app needs to have a way to save the existing work. And there needs to be an easier way to delete a photo rather than making the user go back and delete the pic the same way they added it. A note to future users: a work around would be to decide on the photos you want to use and put them in a separate photo album before opening the app. If I decide to use the app again that’s what I will do. For now though I can’t even think about it.

I’ve used a few photo tile companies before and loved Sweet Pix for their customer service. They help explain the process and answer any questions you have once you receive your order. These photo tiles were super easy to use. I’ve had them in my living room and then easily removed them to put in our master bedroom. I love this concept of photo tiles so I don’t have to worry about hanging up frame! That’s always a nightmare for me. Sweet Pix made it easy to order, was delivered fast, and included simple institutions on how to “hang them up”. Thank you for superior customer service!

I LOVE this app! I had a huge hallway wall in my new house and struggled with what to do with it. I decided on SweetPix tiles of family photos and no one comes into my home without stopping and commenting about how much they love it. For me, professional family photos are great, but the photos we take on our phones are the snapshots of us living — love, laughter, silliness, ridiculous .. what makes life fun! I now have a collage of over 50 on this wall and have started a similar one at my office with photos of our employees out and about in philanthropic efforts. ❤️ I’m your biggest fan!
