Measure area, length and count visible features on a map. Insert your own image on top of the map to measure over. Store measurements locally, output professional images to printer or PDF. Customize colors and labels for each layer. Switch between Metric and Imperial units (hectares, sq.km. sq.m, acres, sq.miles, sq.yrds, sq.ft) at any time, and can be switched from measuring areas to lengths. Zoom to your current location, search for an address, or manually pan/zoom to any place in the world using the mouse. Trace the outline of any feature visible on the map, creating a series of connected points the area and perimeter are continuously updated. Move, Insert or Remove pins after positioning. Undo/Redo. Convert group of pins to perfect circle. After subscription, any complex shape can be measured with virtually no limit on the number of pins. Use additional layers to manage multiple related measurements. Uses Apple maps as default map system with satellite and 3d imagery (where available) and can be switched to OpenStreetMap or other custom web based maps of your choice. Create a hole in one layer using another. Add overlay images measure over. Digital zoom to go beyond typical map zoom levels. Magic wand selection to automatically select an area based on color boundaries. The full functionality described above requires subscription. Without subscription you can only use up to 6 pins on a single layer for basic measurements and open and view previous measurements or measurements from others without limitation on layers or pins for viewing. Subscription price is $29.99 per year (regions may vary). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase or after free trial for new users. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Zoom is NOT ENOUG!

I downloaded the Basic, then upgraded twice to the Pro version thinking that I’d be able to zoom much further, at least zoom in as much as Google Maps or Earth but to no avail! Developer…what gives??? Would you please at least make the zoom comparable? When you correct this…I’ll rate much higher!Thanks

In general Map zoom levels are limited by the location and the base map. Different providers have different resolutions. Please contact me via the support email so I can look at your situation and advise you on the best set up.

Really doesn't work like advertise you have to buy the full version to see what it does so it's kind of a rip off from the start. I would never recommend this product. It's just kind of not really what it says. It is good luck goodbye.

I paid for the pro edition and had many issues. When I tried to contact pendlebury software about this I found they are a company with no address and no phone number. They do not even have a website. Do not buy.

Doesn’t navigate to any address

When you type in an address, it just gives a blang screen, and wont navigate to the property. Waste of money and time. Maybe its just a bug that they need to fix, none the less, fix it… Calling to get a refund
