Been using this app for 5 years and i love everything about it. It even shows you the average you make. Really awesome. Some improvements i would love to have with it...A separate tracking of money paid out that day for expenses (with room for details) and to be able to see that expense clearly for day, week, month or year. Also, to be able to separately track sick, vacation or personal days. And to be able to also write details. Love it and i recommend this app to all my friends and all have ended up downloading and using it!

This app works amazingly, however as a contractor I am constantly adding new locations to be tracked in the app, just this morning I went to add a new one and was disappointed to find there is a maximum of locations I could have! Why?! I would really love to add more, it help me out so much as a contractor moving from location to location. I would even be willing to pay to add more locations! PLEASE! Is it possible? ( also side note, is there a better place to give y’all feedback)?

Regarding your question: It is the limitation of iOS which does not allow to have more than 20 active locations. But you can have as many locations as you want and only make those active which you really need now. Please click the green location button once you open your workplace in the app. I hope it helps. You can use others features like filtering job sites, clients, projects, etc. I have 1 job at a brick-n- mortar building. It’s perfect for me. Oh- and it also keeps a running total on your paycheck based on hours per day and pay rate by week, Month, and year. Helpful if you need to know how much your paycheck is going to be

Ok I upgraded this app expecting more functionality, and it does let you add fields and specify money or duration or whatever you want. It does not however let you use any sort of formula or rule or anything else. It would be almost useful if they would at least let you use their same formulas like adding a field and being able to specify something as simple as (=EARNINGS*HOURLY RATE) or something. All you can really do is track your hours and add notes to it, it won’t even let you say you get paid a full day for holidays, you have to manually put in the dollar amount and set up every one. If you are looking to save time and effort this app isn’t for you. Don’t waste your money upgrading cause it is absolutely no more useful than the free version.

Hi Jkjensmo, let's clarify the situation. atWork is there to help you to track your working time and earnings. Earnings will be calculated automatically if you specify your hourly rate. So I'm not sure which kind of formula you would like to have. Regarding holidays you can specify a money amount once you save such days in the app. You don't have to do it every time for every single day. You can also mark your entries as paid with a personalized attribute. You can find the example of how to do it in the app help section. Everything I described except holidays is the free app features and you don't have to upgrade to use them. We also do not force people to upgrade. Additional features are clearly communicated.
