The Freshtix mobile app allows Organizers of events selling tickets with Freshtix to track ticket sales revenue and manage attendees.
The app gives you a summary of how many tickets have been sold to your event, how much revenue you have collected and how many tickets have been scanned in.
Using the camera on your device or an optional bluetooth Barcode Scanner, you can scan the barcode on tickets presented at the entrance to your event or venue. The app scans the QR code to make sure the ticket hasn't already been redeemed.
When scanning the ticket, the app will tell you which type of ticket was purchased. E.G. General Admission or VIP Admission.
If the ticket is valid, the app will display a 'VALID' message. You can color-code your messages for different price types. For example, you can set your General Admission tickets to display a green valid message and your VIP Admission tickets to display a purple valid message.
You can check someone in by searching for their name and manually checking them in if they don't have their ticket.
