The app does what I need for the most part. My biggest complaint is the lack of a simple account total, net worth, overall balance or whatever you want to call it. Other bank apps show you the total of all your accounts right up front. I can’t find it anywhere on this app. Seems like a pretty basic omission.

The best part is that I can message customer service through the app and they respond pretty quick. It basically eliminates the need to visit or call the bank which is super convenient because who has time to call the bank during the middle of a work day.

Older app, in need of update and upgrade. Unable to perform a mobile app deposit due to pop up: “to do online deposit, use mobile app”, which is exactly what I was using.WSCU, put some effort in your mobile app, make it better than average. As members, we expect better and deserve better.Thank you.

I’ve been with Ascent for over 10 years before they changed their name and they have better services than banks and credit unions ten times their size. The app is great but I’m holding that last star ransom until I get an Apple Watch app that lets me see my account balance on my wrist at a glance.
