For those people that say it doesn't save your settings and goes back to default. Make sure app is sync with your band. Do this, go into app, choose connection setting, (have your band close to your phone (like in your other hand). Then click on connect (your band will then count down from 10sec) click the side button on your band. THEN when you connect button on your phone turns to disconnect, that means your phone is connected to your band. At that time you can go into user settings set your profile, then you will see a save button on the top right-hand corner of the app.
We bought 2 of these Justice bands. One had a flash failure new out-of-the-box, The other one works fine. My review of this product is;
If you go cheap you weep. These is a good TOY for someone that is under 13 years old. don't waste your time if you're any older. And really going to use this device to measure your activity.
It works! But...
It works great! If it does not work for you it is because your band is not connected. To do that go to connection settings, then press your function button, on your device "connect" should pop up. You know you are connected when a red flashing circle is at the left corner of your screen. This activity tracker works great. But, you have to connect it every time you get on your phone. If you want to ACTUALLY track your activity get a fit bit.
I doesn’t let you scroll and my band won’t connect
I can only see prat of the screen like half of it and it isn’t letting me scroll down. I thought it might be my phone or maybe the app but I want to know why updating my phone screwed up the entire use of the app. Whenever I try to connect (I know it has to be at full battery which is what I did) but it doesn’t let me connect. The thing with me not being able to see more than half of the screen, I thought that maybe if I deleted it then downloaded it again then it would work. It didn’t and I know because I did four times. Please fix your app.
