I can only see prat of the screen like half of it and it isn’t letting me scroll down. I thought it might be my phone or maybe the app but I want to know why updating my phone screwed up the entire use of the app. Whenever I try to connect (I know it has to be at full battery which is what I did) but it doesn’t let me connect. The thing with me not being able to see more than half of the screen, I thought that maybe if I deleted it then downloaded it again then it would work. It didn’t and I know because I did four times. Please fix your app.

It works great! If it does not work for you it is because your band is not connected. To do that go to connection settings, then press your function button, on your device "connect" should pop up. You know you are connected when a red flashing circle is at the left corner of your screen. This activity tracker works great. But, you have to connect it every time you get on your phone. If you want to ACTUALLY track your activity get a fit bit.

This app is ok...But after you update your I-pad it Will kick you off and won't let you store any of your information and take it from the fit bit so of course it starts losing information and then you can't see your progress over the week or month you can't track your sleep or anything else until smart fit wristband decides to update them selves hope this was helpful and think twice before you get this app for an iPad (it works just fine on an iPhone).

Well, I was gifted four of these “smart watches” for my littles and not one of them will connect to the app! The watch and app will both show “connecting 9, 8, 7, 6” then the device screen goes black and we have to try again. But over and over again they fail! Yes they’re fully charged. No, don’t waste your time or money and save yourself the frustration and save your kids the disappointment. Wasteful! (FYI it only gets one star because I have to choose how many stars for this review and I’ll agree they all came with cute bands. But cute doesn’t get the job done!)
