T-mobile is blocking P2P connections for customers who are using their unlimited data plan. So customers like you might only view the DVR remotely via WiFi. We're trying to negotiate with T-mobile now. If you're customers of AT&T, Verizon, you won't be affected. Regards,Sandee

Regarding the T-mobile devices, it is not about the IPV4 or IPV6. T-mobile is blocking their unlimited data plan customers from using P2P functions. We're trying to negotiated with them. Hi Glm362,Thanks for your feedback! The loading speed of the videos is determined by the speed of the network. And if you purchased 16 channel DVRs, the 16 channels are transmitting signals at the same time, the loading speed could be a little bit slower compared with 4 channel or 8 channel ones.
