Aún mantengo mi opinión que la aplicación anterior era mucho más amigable y mucho más sencilla. La versión que estoy utilizando actualmente aún tiene sus pequeños fallos como que en cualquier pantalla si tocas la esquina izquierda superior aparece la pantalla del Cart aunque no se ve el icono. Los tiempos de respuesta y procesamiento ahora son un poco mejores pero cuando la conexión es lenta se complica un poco. Los iconos resultan un poco pequeños aún y el interfaz está un poco sobrecargado, los ítems en las listas debieran ser un poco más grandes en mi opinión. Espero les ayuden estas modestas opiniones. This version is a little bit better. Still I believe previous app was more friendly and simple in terms of UI. The current version has a problem with cart in upper left corner on any screen, even when it’s not present. The processing times are faster right now but get bad when connection is slow. Still I think the icons, list items and links are small yet. The UI is overloaded in some screens. I hope this might help.

I have an existing account with Cuballama but the app now is frozen on my iPhone, and I can’t get any help. I’ve sent several messages asking for help and never get a reply. I can use my existing account on my iPad and in windows but no longer on my iPhone. It’s locked up and I have no way to fix it. I was asked to I call, but I do not speak Spanish, so I was told I would receive a call back. Within a few minutes a nice lady named Jessica called, and then spent quite a while helping me get back into my account. She was patient and helpful, which I greatly appreciated, considering all of the frustration I was having. Problem resolved! Thank you....

I called my mother 2 days ago and after talking to her for 5 minutes, I heard she’s repeating word by word the exact same conversation we just had. It was basically a recording of everything she had already said to me. I hung up and called her back and she said the call had dropped and she was waiting for me to call her back. This is the second time it happens and I basically end up spending my minutes which are already a scam at almost 70 cents per minute, in another yet weird type of shady behavior.

Every order I've placed has been delivered with no problems or complaints. The items are of good quality and an amazing value. I ordered a birthday cake for a young girl and she was so pleased with it she wanted to show it off more than eat it! Fast on time delivery. The only negative is that I can't get every page to translate to English so as to completely understand it. Screenshot and translate has worked satisfactorily though.
