It’s great when it works

It was fun while it lasted
At times I don’t have any problems making mobile deposits. Then I’ll hit a period of time when it will take a picture and then the screen goes blank. Or I’ll take a picture of the front and back of the check click on deposit and it goes back to the original screen. It seems they have some more bugs to work out.

Go ahead and input the correct information at sign-in, receive a message denying the accuracy of your identity. Call either of the 2 numbers listed, receive a message saying, “This number does not exist.”I used to do everything through this app, now I cannot use it at all. My mother is also a customer at CFCU, same issues.Bad Show

And may not be working properly? Tried to pay balance of credit card and there was no “submit” button. I had to enter “other amount,” which was the same amount of my balance, to get the “submit” button. Also, would be nice to have the option of paying on “due date,” rather than trying to remember the due date when scheduling.

This app isn’t great, but it gets the job done. It usually works but I have had it refuse to log me in. I wish the app had all the features available with online banking like changing address information. I’ve also NEVER had anyone respond when I’ve submitted questions with the app which is extremely disappointing since no one answers when I call a bank itself. All around, it’ll do the job if you need to check your balance but don’t count on it for much more.
