I love the Orland branch. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. It’s so refreshing to go to a business and the employees are kind, professional, and know what they are talking about. Extremely frustrating app and website

I opened a republic bank account because of the great high yield savings option. The app and general user interface on the website is so bad it honestly feels like the bank is fake and this whole thing is a scam. I was locked out for weeks, finally got in, and now my linked bank account is missing and there’s no way to add it back, meaning I can’t pull out or add any money. It’s super ridiculous and I just want them to hire better web designers. I dread having to use this app which is really unfortunate because it’s where a lot of my money is.

Everything I need from the bank is at my fingertips in the app. Easy to use and easy to navigate from balances to transfers and Zelle. I can even check my credit score. Nicely done, Republic Bank.
