Unsurprising that a company with such a horrible website for paying your loan has such a horrible app.Guild has been absolutely terrible to work with outside of the person who originated my loan and the person who fixed my credit after I was 90 days late because their website doesn’t work.Customer support is useless. You either need to make sure they are actually receiving your payments regularly or have your bank send a physical check. Would absolutely not recommend Guild and clearly wouldn’t recommend this app.

This app is only for getting started with a purchase or a refinance. After that it’s useless. I was hoping for an app I could register my loan and set up payments like I had with Mr. Cooper. But they only have apps for their sales teams. If you created an app for customers to keep up on their payments I would download that for sure.

App kept telling me I needed to use my email address and had the wrong password. I then changed my password on my computer to make sure I had the right one and it still wouldn’t let me login in the app. How can I use this if it won’t even let me log in?
