CSV files can be viewed and edited in Excel or Notepad, htm file can be viewed by IE, Safari, chrome and other web browser. The file can be send by mail. If you use Excel to open CSV files garbled, please open a blank Excel, select Data> From Text> select * .csv file, then select English Comma Separated Values, select UTF8 encoding format, you can eliminate the distortion, normally open. 5, backup file import simple If you change the phone, You can also be in the mail (or any other program to save the backup file) to open the backup file, select "Open other programs" - After the "Select" MyCleaner ", associated with the program, MyCleaner will automatic analysis of records, and imported into the address book. Crashes.

Just what previous reviewer said, it works well enough but it’s crashing every three items. I have 30 duplicates to deal with and that’s 10 crashes!

The app continually crashes when clicking on the delete icon when trying to delete all selected items. Also, if I swipe left too far it actually takes me to the contact. It's hard to make it stop right on the delete option. Maybe incorporating multiple options after swiping is a better option. I am using an iPhone 5S iOS 9.2.

I keep launching,trying to open and use this app, but all it does is close out. It's showing up in the background, but when you try to view it, the app goes away. So I'm guessing it's worthless, if you load it and can't use it what good is it? It's just taking up storage space and resources on my phone.

It does what it is supposed to do with a pretty clean interface. Like the simplicity and functionality. Did not experience any crashes myself. Using it on a 6S with iOS 9.x
