Not bad but could use some updating

All in all the app really isn’t too bad and I don’t believe it slowed my iPhone8 any at all, atleast not noticeably. It just runs in the background and honestly I forget that it’s there 90% of the time. It would be nice if the app would give you a reminder to login every day tho. I also wish there was more to do in the app to earn rewards points whether it be taking surveys, watching videos, or even playing little games. It just be nice to have something to do and it be more interactive. I also think it needs an update to streamline the interface/dashboard. It can be kind of clunky and cumbersome to navigate at times. Some of the bigger prizes are kinda pricey points wise. Wish they would have an occasional sale on items. For a background app tho it’s definitely one of the better ones! Pros:easy to install and rundoesn’t slow down your phoneearn points for free stuff just for having on your devicesCons:not much to dooutdated interfacebig prizes are kind of pricey IMO

My first redemption of points

I finally received enough points to redeem. It easy , decided on a visa cash card. I only have two devices so it took me quite awhile to accumulate enough points. I recieved my card I. My email fairly fast. It works perfectly and was able to get a birthday present for my granddaughter. This is very easy and nothing really to do. I receive one email every so often to keep me up to date, that’s it. My devices work fine. Don’t even know it’s on them. I haven’t had any problems at all. I will keep it and like to do my redeeming close to Christmas. Sure helps out. Thank you Nielsen .

I did not experience the slowdown of browsing, widely reported by many other users. However, when connected to Nielsen, some connections simply don’t work at all. Most notably, Apple App Store, when it can’t search for apps and can’t update the apps. Another app is LG SmartSync - it can’t connect to their servers.There is a remedy however. Your home router most like had not one but two connections, one for 5 GHz, another for 2. Configure Nielsen app for one of them; whenever Nielsen is blocking your connection, switch your phone to use another one. Don’t forget to switch back.I tried to report this problem to Nielsen tech support, but did not receive any response at all. By all signs it’s outsourced, so not a big surprise. I also reported this to Apple.

This app at first was very frustrating trying to figure out what it was doing but after i finaly had learned how to contact them they quickly helped me discover the way to use it!I have made a good bit of money with them and its been so helpful it would be nice to earn a lil bit more from them since ive been a loyal and faithful user!! Even maybe to be able to get something like $100 cash gift from them say for my birthday or something letting me know my Information there useing and my telling everybody i know to join!! Is valuable to them!!
