Facilit FDVU Helpdesk allows users to easily report needs and deviations directly against current buildings.
The following features are supported in the mobile version of the solution:
- Select facility with text search
- Show helpdesk messages on facilities with color indicator for status and easily distinguish between open and closed issues, create new things either fast without image or through taking photo and choose case for more information as well as editing title and description
- Inside the reported helpdesk message there is a dialog feature for easy communication with central unit using Facilit FDVU and mobile support personnel using Facilit FDVU Mobile
- Uploading photos on new and existing helpdesk messages
- If the user is assigned with tasks, it will be possible to view tasks on the selected facility, choose a task for more information and mark tasks performed.
As long as the application has an internet connection, all operations are stored on the server and immediately visible to other users. Select the facility you want to work with while you have internet connection.
