No one to speak to
I didn’t like the system because it took several attempts for me to get verified and I couldn’t be any one to ask questions or for help. There will be standard questions and answers which were irrelevant. Employee more staff to chat with and offer genuine help to your customers 24/7 since you offer a global service.
Very hard/impossible to set up
Once I set up an account I can't seem to retrieve it so I wondered if it hung up in the process. Using another email account I was able to create a new account but when I went to complete it, it REQUIRES me select a paid version or I can't continue.
How rubbish!
App identification not working
After uploading document, website keeps on refreshing returning to same page instead of next step.
