The Texas Department of Public Safety's Suspicious Activity Reporting Network (SARN) app for TLOs provides an intuitive yet comprehensive interface for Threat Liaison Officer personnel to submit suspicious activities and incidents that may be indicators of terrorist or other criminal intent. Every report filed through the app is sent to the Texas SAR analysis server system for processing and review by Law Enforcement analysts. Where warranted, analysts will follow up with TLO personnel using the contact information supplied in the app.
