Create beautiful formal letters on your iPhone or iPad with Lettrice. Lettrice features an easy-to-use input form without the hassle of a big office software. Just enter your text and click "Save" to produce a PDF which can be sent by email or printed directly from your iPhone or iPad. Lettrice lets you scan your signature with your iPhone's or iPad's camera to sign your letters. The documents are saved in iCloud automatically so they are shared among all your iOS devices.

This app definitely needs the ability to use symbols when writing letters. I haven’t used it for awhile, but was quickly reminded that I couldn’t use a contraction. Contracted words allow a letter to flow freely and sound friendly. This time, I intended to also reference a check # and check amount. The actual check number was fine, but the # symbol didn’t appear. As for the check amount, the $ wouldn’t appear and anytime I tried to use it, some of the numbers in the amount disappeared. So today I had to compose my letter another way. It was disappointing and frankly didn’t look nearly as polished and beautiful as if I’d been able to use Lettrice. This app has so much promise, but needs to be fixed. At this point, I’m glad that I’ve only used the free version.

Right here is the reason why I am always hesitant to buy apps. Although this one was free it was a total waste of time — it looks so pretty and it looks so classy I thought it would be a surely good find however, it was terrible. I filled everything in and it would not let me save it it kept saying “no Internet service” which was of course not true. Now I have to find another one and redo it that way. This should be reported.

Stupid purchaser
The Worst!!! terrible. Do not waste your time like I did, typing out a document then you can't do ANYTHING with it. If I could put less than zero stars I would!!
