OneTouch 7 now supports Welcome IP. Easily pair your device with the Welcome App in any Welcome IP System for enhanced connectivity

We have updated our firmware update process so that you are always up to date. Various bug fixes improve overall system stability and performance.

Integration of the new OneTouch 7

We have noticed that the volume of the outdoor station sometimes arrives very quietly at the indoor station. This problem was resolved with the last software update.

• In the "Notifications & Sounds" settings menu, the "Quiet times" option can now be activated. This allows you to set when the Welcome app should not display notifications about incoming door calls. You have the option to define either certain repeating times of the day and/or days of the week. • We have made the entire settings area for the "Notifications & Sounds" clearer and more self-explanatory. • We integrated the new Help Center (BETA) which helps you to find an answer to your question about Welcome. • Welcome switch actuators can now also be placed on the home page as favorites • Call answering type can now be changed from sliding to pressing in the Notifications & Sounds menu. • The light control during a door call returns a visual feedback to signal that the command has been successfully sent into the system.

- We improved the commissioning process for pairing the Welcome App with the Video Indoor Station 4.3 Wifi. - During the Paring process the Welcome App send the myBuildings Portal credentials automatically to the Video Indoor Station 4.3 Wifi.

- We've improved the way the Welcome app launches to give you faster access. - [Welcome IP] Generate a QR code via the Welcome app to enable guests to open the door via the Outdoor Station touch 5. For more information on configuring the function, see to.abb/b5TlGXrO. - With the new log function, Welcome App activities can be recorded if required. The result can then be made available to Technical Support, e.g. for error analysis. This function should only be activated in coordination with Technical Support to avoid a permanent load on the Welcome App. - Call history is displayed in chronological order.

Bug fixes: - Compatibility with iOS 9 improved - Stability improvements

Bugfix: - Option "Repeat ringtone" did not work yet - Improving the behavior of iOS app in standby mode, in case of incoming calls. In the past Welcome iOS app often did not received Push Notifications, if they had not been opened for more than a day. This behavior is now improved.

Bugfix: In the case of a weak internet connection, the video transmission is currently interrupted and only audio is transmitted further. With this update, the last correctly transmitted still images of the video stream are still transferred. Despite the weak Internet connection, there is still the possibility to see what is happening in front of the door. Bugfix: Translation correction

* The latest entries of the door call history list are shown inside the app. Access the history list by swiping to the left on your iPhone. * App works in landscape format on an iPad. * General improvements of the app stability. If the history list inside the app (and also in the portal) shows only old entries, please enter the timeserver pool.ntp.org in the “date and time settings” of the IP-gateway and restart the door communication system.

* Fixes an issue on iPads running iOS 8, if the app was startet in landscape orientation. * Fixes connection problems if app was closed and restarted before.
