Create your own forms, checklists, control records, audits and inspections using the Iristrace desktop and make them available to your team directly on their mobile devices. Your team can answer checklists offline and check them back in later when connectivity is available again. Photos, attachments and comments can be added to the questions. Answers are timestamped and recorded.
Discover issues and define action plans for issue remediation. Assign actions to individual team members, optionally with deadlines. Following up has never been easier.
Print reports, score the answers and visualise results as the data comes in. Configuration options in the desktop allow you to control the workflow with statuses and conditions and to set up a scoring scheme. Information can be displayed or hidden depending on conditions and statuses. Checklists can be scored to provide valuable benchmark information.

- Tap on the issues counter of a checklist to review issues directly in the app. Acknowledge manual and automatic issues, or edit the question with the issue.
- Use the barcode scanner to search a department in the department list and preselection screen.
- Use the barcode scanner to filter checklists by name or by department. Admin users can set the filter scope for the scanner.
