Changes to the Notes function to restrict publication of recipient email addresses. Modifications to data entry screens to limit the amount of data entered into various input fields.

App has been updated to allow interface with Wilmat Stallion Cloud Software following an update to the server software. Also, previously exported horse transactions can now be displayed and edited. Once edited the transaction will be able to be exported to the Wilmat Stallion Cloud system.

Version 3.26 - November 2024 - Update to the Horse Note email function.

Version 3.25, November 2024 - in this update I have added the email signature created in the Cloud system to the Owner and Horse Emails.

A number of changes have been made for Version 3.22 of the Stallion by Wilmat App including: - private Owner and Horse notes will be imported from the Stallion database - imported Transaction History will now include transactions for the current month - new charges entered into the App will be added to the transaction history when Exported to the Stallion database - the font on Company Name, Horse Name, Owner Name and Charge Code description will be adjusted according to the size of the field.

Stallion by Wilmat App Version 3.21 . The app release contains a number of cosmetic changes.

Changes to the Stallion by Wilmat App for Version 3.20 include the ability to enter Comment and Attachment horse transactions. The Attachment transaction can include a description and a photo, audio or video file attachment. A number of cosmetic changes have also been made to provide screen heading on the Owner/Horse and Horse/Owner displays. This version also makes use of a new phone server with improved operational and security features which enable improved access for the Wilmat Stallion Cloud software.

Horse, Owner and Charge Codes are now checked to ensure adding a new code does not duplicate an existing code.

Version 3.18 contains a number of cosmetic changes. Horse, Owner and Charge Codes are forced into uppercase. The numeric value entered in Horse Charges now allows decimal values to be entered.

The date a note is sent, either by email or SMS, will be saved to the database and exported to the Stallion by Wilmat database when the export function is selected. A number of minor screen changes have also been made.

In this version there are changes to t he layouts of the display and entry screens. When sending Notes via email or SMS an option has been provided to send the note to the Owners or send the note to yourself. The send to self option will allow you to check the layout and attachments of the note before sending it to your owners.

Owner, Horses and Notes screens have been revised. Notes functionality extended to allow video, image or audio attachments.

Version 3.14, September 2022. Revision made to the emailing of Horse and Owner Notes

In Version 3.13 I have re-instated the SMS delivery of an Owner or Horse Note. SMS notes cannot include an attachment. and are delivered via a SMS service. An Email note can consist of text and either an audio, picture or video attachment.

Version 3.12 has a couple of minor updates to the Note entry and Note Emailing facility.

Version 3.11 has a minor change required by Apple Signing for IOS Version 15

Version 3.10 - November 2021 Issues with the Note email facility have been resolved. Notes will now upload an image, video or audio attachment prior to sending the Note to the Owners. Notes are delivered via SendGrid and users of the Stallion by Wilmat Cloud software will be able to track note delivery via the Stallion Cloud email log. Notes and attachments when sent will be automatically uploaded into the Stallion Cloud database. Recent Diary transactions and selected treatment transactions will be uploaded to the Phone database.

Version 3.09 September 2021 corrects an issue with uploading attachments for an Owner Note.

Version 3.08 contains a number of refinements to the process of sending Horse Note Emails, including an option to send a test email to the company email address. Account and email delivery options have been added to the Owner database. The email programs will now only send emails to those owners who have a delivery method of "Email" or "Both Mail and Email". The database changes will require the App database to be reloaded using the Import Data menu option.

Version 3.07 includes a number of enhancements to the Owner / Horse Notes Facility, including an option to test sending Horse Notes.

A number of changes have been made in the 3.06 version of the Stallion by Wilmat App including: The "Active" status of existing Owners and Horses can now be changed. The Usercode and Password fields are trimmed to remove leading and trailing spaces. The Owner and Horse codes fields have been forced into capital characters. The Charge Code display now includes both charge code description fields.

V3.05 - Changes to Notes Program - include default subject. Add some progress messages to Import Data function.

Version 3.04 - Changes the Import Data process to delete the existing database and create a new database.
