I just wish this app would save my info so I don’t have to keep putting it in each time. Also I wish it showed me which account I was in because I don’t remember if it was mine or my daughters so I have to logout and log back in. I don’t want to give the snacks to the wrong person. As much of a pain this app is, I’ve received my gift cards each time (3) so it’s legit but such a pain.

I never got to complete a full day. It froze every time I would get to my third meal of the day and I would have to start over. I did everything the told me to do, uninstall, reinstall, but it never worked. Of course, it was my fault that I missed 3 consecutive days even though I’d been emailed since the first day I had problems with their app. So, I’m not eligible for the incentive. If your app is going to have this many problems, at least give people a back up way to track.

After completing a 2 week survey the app coincidentally has an error and can’t be reloaded. Don’t fall for the reward you will get at the end of the survey. I’m sure they used the info they received and got payment from the people who wanted the info. Should have paid attention to the warnings.

I was getting the correction error as well. Uninstalled and reinstalled to the same thing. The day the survey was to begin the app opened up. That may be the issue for others as well. You have to wait until the day your survey begins. Hope this helps!
