Hex is a board game for two players. The red player trys to connect the two red borders with a chain of red cells by coloring empty cells red, while the blue player trys the same with the blue borders. The game can never end with a draw:When all cells have been colored, there must exists either a red chain or a blue chain. Good luck!

Well it's refreshing to see a game that's landscape oriented since that's the only way I use my ipad - unfortunately, the orientation is upside down. While this doesn't really affect game play it's still very annoying - turn it 180° please!Also, the description makes it seem this is a two-player game. It isn't. There is a computer opponent and no way to use it to play a game with a friend. Would be great if my wife and I could just us it to play against each other.

Political ads spoil a good game.

I play games to get away from politics. The political ads take away from an otherwise good rendition of the classic Hex game. While only single player, the AI is a good challenge.

I’ve been looking for an iPhone version of this app with a decent AI for about 10 years now. This is exactly what I was waiting for. My one complaint: can we please have an ad-free version?

I would give this 5 stars if there were an undo button. Its ridiculously easy to ruin a whole game with an accidental press. I would also like different sized boards, but I guess it is free...
