I like the new look but you know what I would like better? If it would let me make a call out. I get calls into the app all day without issue but can’t dial out for anything. I’ve done every setting change, uninstall/reinstall, etc. Even our IT Guy is stumped at work. We’re looking into changing systems.

Worst phone app for a work environment ever. If you log out, you will continue to receive work calls. If you log out and close the app, you still receive work calls to your mobile phone. If you let your phone go to lock screen while using the app, the app will act as if your number has been disconnected. Nothing but a headache for me and I’ve just resorted to having my IT dept remove my mobile license because this is terrible

I used the old HUD Mobile app daily but since the update there is a major problem. When I call a co worker in my contacts using the app, they pick up the call and cannot hear me. This is a major bug. I cannot recommend this app until they fix this problem.
