The non stop updates at the wrong times like during after hours, continuously missing calls/ failing to accept calls because of the LAST MINUTE UPDATES and lack of response time in the long and endless buffering to accept the call, also uploading pictures takes so long, and especially when you try to close out the call, at times it will pop up an error to call FHQ because it fails to close out. Now for this recent update makes it even worse, separating a whole list to upload pics via chat to dividing it to different categories making loading times more rough for the techs, not sure who is updating this app, but they need to reorganize this app to the service tech needs - more errors to come if not resolved.

Every single update you guys put out, its more and more menus to load through, which is super unnecessary considering it was fine before. A majority of the time this app is being used, its in a place with very little or bad service, so adding more and more screens to load through is stupid, and just makes things take way longer than they have to. When will you put out an update thats good for the techs using it??? Whoever is in charge of this app should be fired immediately. They obviously have no idea what its like to use this app especially on the side of the road or in a remote area with no signal.

They want you to take more pictures than ever while standing on the side of an interstate highway as traffic moves at 80 mph. Now they want you to check air pressure and tread depths on all tires, I just want to get the tire changed and get off the highway. Every picture, enroute, arrived button you push you get the wheel of death. Then if you don’t have the right info you have to wait at least 20 minutes with the chat or phone call. Please just make it simple, we are tire techs not computer programmers

Worst updates ive ever seen over and over. Just keep it how it was, simple. Adding all these extra steps doesnt benefit anyone. This newest update is terrible.
