Track helps you to schedule appointments and keep track of payments.
The app enables you to have client contact information, calendar, and attendee / payment records all in one place. Booking and recording appointments for individual or group meetings (classes, lessons, students, etc.) is made easy and convenient with Track. Track most importantly helps you get paid. Track is ideal for: Tennis instructors, golf instructors, swim instructors, coaches, music (piano, guitar, etc.) teachers, tutors, house cleaners, gardeners, dance instructors, martial arts instructors, physical trainers/therapy, elder care, service providers, consultation, etc. Basically anyone who has appointments and needs to have a record of attendee and payments regarding those appointments will benefit from Track.
1. Schedule appointments and view in a day or month format.
2. Track appointments as completed and paid / Not Completed for an appointment.
3. Make ad-hoc payment for a particular contact like some Misc. services provided apart from sessions or classes
4. Client contact information can be imported from existing phone contacts and can also be created from within the app.
5. Create a contact group from the app for a group session or class
6. Keep Track of Outstanding balance or Credit Balance at the contact level
7. Transaction history available – shows debit or credit status of clients.
8. Notes can be made for individual appointments or payment
