Sorry for the delay in getting fixes out for SmileyKey. A bunch of personal stuff has been happening as of late and it’s taken quite a toll on me, BUT, I have been listening to what y’all have been saying and here’s an update with some fixes (I HOPE) and I hope you guys don’t hate me (that much)! Stuff I have Fixed: - There was an issue with the keyboard crashing, causing you guys to not be able to use it. I have hopefully fixed it and also added a bunch of stuff to future proof this going forward! - There was an issue when people would email me in that the mail sheet would not disappear when the email was sent. I’m sure some of you noticed if you emailed me you probably clicked “send” a million times. My inbox certainly noticed ;) - Nothing EXTREME but when you’d share this app via email/message it would put the link in there twice, now you guys won’t look like you’re insane when spreading the word about SmileyKey (or at least not AS insane) - Misc Performance and Clarity Issues Things I have ADDED: - Well here is the fun part. I went ahead and created a Night Mode for the keyboard! Now when you’re up late at night, keeping your friend up by sending them smileys repeatedly as one does, your eyes won’t be AS strained as they normally would be. You can of course toggle this off if you don’t want it and enjoy your eyes being strained, but who wants that?! (It is ON by default) A little sentimental note here, we are closing in on almost 16,000 people having downloaded SmileyKey to date. That is GREAT! This app was developed first as a joke and over time has developed into something pretty fun to keep up with.
