Calculate Virginia child support based on changed guidelines effective July 1, 2024. Provides step-by-step guidance for which calculator to use.
Each entry amount defaults to "monthly" amounts, but you can select other frequencies such as annual, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.
Provides inputs for all fields for the simplest and most complex calculations. NO Internet connection required to operate (except to "share" results)! Great for courtroom use!
Produces simplified versions of DC-637, 638 & 640 Forms and new "Unified" form where the old forms don't apply.
Extensive help available for the entire process as well as field-by-field help.
Works on small and large screens in portrait modes. BUT design is optimized to work on small screens (primarily phones).

In 2025, the Virginia General Assembly revised the child support guideline table increasing the table to include incomes to $42,500 (from $35,000) and changing the amounts throughout the table. This new version includes the updated table in effect on July 1, 2025.
