I have a client base that relies heavily on appointment reminders. Most days I’m too busy to even send out the reminders and when I think to send one out, I’m tied up with a client. Leaving very little time for the client to have a reminder in a timely manner. With this app, I set an appointment and that’s it. My clients get their initial appointment confirmation text (6 weeks ahead)! I changed the reminders in the settings to send out an automatic reminder at 7 days and then another the day before their appointment, leaving no room for a slip up on my part or the client’s. I simply love this app! I would like to have my business number attached to the app so that clients know that it is coming from me. I had a few clients call or text to make sure it was me. And I would like to have more space to customize the messages. (there is a list of instructions that can’t be entered because it’s over the amount of characters). First and second message is fine just to set reminder, but the last text is where I would need to enter the instructions and there is no room to do so. Other than that, NO COMPLAINTS! The money spent for this service pays for itself over and over again! Thank you developers! You’ve outdone yourself self.

I work for my family’s small upholstery shop and its my job to run the office. Which means I take care of everything from answering the phone, placing orders, taking care of all incoming deliveries and schedule appointments. GoReminders has made it seamless and beyond easy to not only help me keep better track of our appointments, but text our customers their appointment conformations. And then a reminder closer to the appointment date. Which has cut down on no-call no-show appointments considerably. With almost everyone relying solely on text messages to communicate, for a small mom & pop business like ours this app is the way to go. Highly recommend.

This app charges way more than their competitors for inferior functionality. I tried them out for a month and when the trial ended and I was charged for the first month, I lost a huge portion of functionality. The only way to get it back was to pay $60 or more for a higher level plan when the appointment scheduler is self has such limited functionality. Ridiculous. So I signed up for Vagaro which does all the same plus more for a better price and then went to cancel. Well, that turns out to be impossible on their site. There aren’t even instructions or ANY mention of how to cancel on their site or app. Not even a contact us with a customer support email. The only way I found was to get into the chat bot which you arrive at by clicking on a link to discuss a custom enterprise solution. I asked the bot how to cancel and it told me to submit a request via email detailing why I wanted to cancel and gave me an email address. So I send the cancelation request via email. Someone responded wanting to know if they could get on the phone with me to discuss solutions. No thanks, just cancel. So they sent a cancellation form with a non-optional field to explain to them why you want to cancel. I wrote my explanation and submitted the form. Moments later I get the same guy back on email, trying to talk me into staying based on what I said in the form. Asking questions like, how many appointments do you have per day and how much are you willing to pay! I did not appreciate how difficult they make it to cancel. So much back and forth. Very disrespectful imo. I responded again that I was not interested in being negotiated with and to please respect my decision to cancel my plan. FINALLY they say they will cancel it. I don’t appreciate the manipulation.

Using this app is easy to use and has paid for its self many times over. Goreminders has eliminated the weekly task of physically having to phone clients giving the a courtesy reminder. I’ve chosen to have my schedule download into my Google calendar (other options available )which sends me a daily email reviewing my schedule. And I can also view my entire week or month in a snap. It helps me to stay organized and on track. The best thing about Goreminders is that my Clients LOVE it. Some of my seniors don’t text, so we use the email option. Using this app has dramatically decreased no shows, tardiness and cancellations. Which has impacted my bottomline positivity.
