Tried to open a zipped Getty Images file with a .7z or .zip file extension, and both times got an "unsupported method" error. I used WinZip instead, which is what I should have done the first time around. I'd like a refund.

You can send us the file in question for testing.Also, we're not sure if the .7p or .zip file extension you said was manually modified.What was the original extension of that file?

Well-layed out Mac utility familiar to WinRAR or 7Zip users. Adds LZMA compression via 7zip container and let's you choose the level of compression -something MacOS does not. Highly reccomend.I would like to see more settings though, like choosing dictionary and word size.

Doesn't work waste of money

Another worthless piece of software. Claims my file is damaged. But other software can open my file.

If the hash code is wrong, the file is considered damaged. Perhaps such a file can still be opened and even decompressed, but the results are unreliable.

This software does not work.I unzip the .zipx archive and get nothing but empty .jpg files. The developer needs to deliver an update that actually works as soon as possible.
