平安地铁为上海地铁官方发布的招募地铁平安信息员志愿者的App。通过该软件可以举报在地铁站突然发现小偷等可疑人员在行动；在行驶的列车上发现乞讨卖艺行为等一系列违反有关地铁守则的事，普通市民可为轨道安全及上海地铁执法队伍快速准确出警、出击作出强有力贡献。
软件功能：
把上海地铁站台站厅或者列车上的违规违纪事物发送至平安地铁后台，通过审核会及时处理。通过实践跟踪及时了解当前事件的处理情况，在通知中可以查看到事件的处理结果。学习中可以查阅到有关轨道交通及上海地铁志愿者的相关信息和知识。
