This mobile app allows restaurant owners / managers to remotely approve voids, comps, or discounts directly from their phone. Once you login to the app, you'll be notified via push notification when an override is requested from the POS, allowing you to approve or deny the request. You can also see all the order details associated with each request.
You need to be a current user of EmaginePOS and have a user account configured with the ability to approve these requests.
