Different moves for different players

My issue is that my wife and I both play this game, and we are beginning levels with different numbers of turns. She will start a lvl (lvl 236) with 38 turns, while I start the same lvl with 30. On another lvl (lvl 235), she starts with 32 turns, while I start with 23. We have checked multiple lvls and notice this on over half of those we’ve checked.

Update:
I have reached out to Jelly Juice support and gotten a response to this issue. Apparently depending on when you originally downloaded the app, even though you have updated, you will start with different moves than newer players. They said this will be fixed at some point in the future.

I wish it would just work correctly!

I’ve been playing this game for YEARS but I’m about to rage-quit due to its many issues. I’m sick to death of playing levels to complete missions or tasks, only to check my progress and find it’s still at zero. This happens CONSTANTLY, and yes the app and my iOS are up-to-date. It also messes up when I play an ad to get the Solitaire game, where the ad ends and I click the X but nothing happens. I have to exit the game and I got nothing for watching the ad. Also, for the last few months, the Jelly Beeans have become useless. They go after things in the game that are not the objective for that level. For example, it’ll go blow up a random bomb on the screen that is nowhere near the puddings I need to collect.

The game itself is great. I love it. But these issues are severely impacting my ability to enjoy it any more. The constant bugs I’m finding just aren’t being addressed and it frustrates me to no end. Please just fix it!!!

I really love this game but sometimes the levels are too hard. Then I run out of lives. And then it’s frustrating so I just put it down and tell myself I’m not going to play anymore. There should be a way at the end of every game for us to earn a new life. Maybe a spin wheel or a question or a contest?
And it’s hard to earn the tools and incentives. I play other games as well that have more incentives and I find myself paying them more often. This is a really fun game though
