CLASS INFORMATION Looking to enroll or transfer classes? Search the classes we offer by time, day, location and skill level. You can register in a class or even put yourself on a wait-list. All classes listed on the app are up to the minute and accurate. SPECIAL ACTIVITIES Want to be in the know when it comes to special events? Our app provides up-to-date information on practice swims and fun events, and allows you to register directly from your phone or tablet. MAKE-UP REQUEST - (available in selected locations only) Now making up a swim lesson is even easier. Using the app, you can send in your make-up requests from your mobile device. PROMOTIONS The app also provides you with the latest deals and promotions offered by British Swim School! Great classes, decent app

The app is so close to being great, my main complaint is when trying to select a make-up class, there is no option to filter class type/level or location. So I stuck am scrolling through all locations and all levels. It seems so easy to implement—and yet!The swim classes themselves are great. My daughter has a great time and has made good progress in a short time. The teachers are really gifted at working with kids in the water!

The poor functionality of the BSS app and doesn’t opening since a month!

I complained to BSS, that their app is not opening or working promptly since a month and no step has taken yet to resolve this issue and make it user friendly for the customers! Its very frustrating to fix the makeups through emails as it is not easy to get through the availability like in app we get to do so.Also There should be an equal priority to be given in taking swim lessons fees timely and charging other additional charges or extra fines, like if customers cancel their lesson due to their some personal reasons and they charge for its makeup and whereas if the BSS has to cancel the lesson due to their own pool issue or instructor availability then they give makeup without any extra charges or fines, this is very unfair and unethical from the point of the customers and they should give equal importance in considering the customers issues or concerns!Very Dissatisfied with the one-sided agreement rules and consents!

If you’re not ready to commit Do not put a payment method on your account until you’re ready to start classes. Google the classes cost so that you won’t put in all your information for nothing.Their system will auto charge you. You will not be allowed to go in to cancel or change anything once you begin. If your payment is placed in there, whether you not attend or don’t finish registration they will charge your payment on file. It states that acknowledging the policies are required before enrollment, but that will not stop their system from charging you if payment info has already been included. I was trying to go in and cancel but it is forcing you to acknowledge the policies before you can do change anything else.Although this happened, I reached out to them immediately when I saw the email of payment being processed. The next day I was refunded but it still will not allow me to remove my information from the app without accepting the policies. It’s difficult to find the online version of this site.With a little more attention this app could be worth something
