Service on-the-go with secured anytime, anywhere access. AMS360 Mobile provides an on-demand tool to access information and manage your customer’s accounts from your mobile device. This enables your agency to build customer relationships with more effective client meetings, quicker servicing, and enhanced client experiences. Making use of an intuitive user interface, AMS360 Mobile allows you to view client and contact details, policy information including declaration page views, recent claims summaries, upcoming renewals, download documents, notes, activities and suspenses. If you have add/edit rights, you can fully service your customers and immediately update your management system when you edit existing client and contact records, create new clients and add new activities and suspenses. Beyond accessing information on-the-go, the app includes a number of features designed to save time and provide a more seamless user experience. Quickly access ReferenceConnect to better manage insurance research from a single view, experience the “auto-create” feature which automatically adds new activities and suspenses to document specific actions done within the app or make use of the client dashboards to quickly review the health of your accounts. The app allows you to take advantage of many tools inherent to mobile devices to manage your time even more effectively including GPS mapping, email communications, photo capturing and voice recognition for creating notes and activities verbally. I have downloaded this app in the past. Thought I would give it another go in 2020, can’t even get past the log in screen. “Sorry something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred.” On IPhone with latest update. Wish Vertafore would roll out ios compatible software like they said they would years ago for those of us who prefer Mac.UPDATE: developer response was right on. For the first time I have access to some very useful features from ams360 on my iphone (latest ios) thank you for responding! So far everything in the interface seems to be working well. I can get client and policy info on the fly. Ive had a few “connection” errors but it’s seriously an improvement. Now, for the big ask.. why can’t I use ams360 single sign on in chrome using my Macpro (or any desktop mac)?? If Vertafore would follow through with a mac compatible version of their software instead of just an IOS app we’d really be cooking. I’ve been waiting for three longs years for this roll out so I don't have to use windows parallels (yuck) or switch back and forth between the two daily. BUT THE APP WORKS! And kudos to everyone who worked to make that happen It will help my workflow so much. Thanks!

Hi, I am very sorry to hear about your past experience with the app. I'd encourage you to try again with the most recent release as we've made quite a few improvements. iOS is very important to us and we hope you can see that with the new update.If you continue to have issues with the new release, then the app is most likely not the issue. It sounds like you may be running into a settings or security issue. Our Support team would be happy to help get to the bottom of it so we can get you up and running on the new app as soon as possible.

I like the new look and feel. Lots of info at your fingertips. I’m missing something though. Seems like there should be a quick way to add a suspense without going into a customer first though? We want our people to have a single source of tasks. Seems like there should be an add a suspense button but all I see if add a customer?

Hi,Thank you for the feedback. You can add a suspense by opening up any customer and tapping the orange plus icon on the bottom right of any page within the customer view. I can also see why someone might want a universal suspense/activity option with the option to search for a client within that screen, we will take a closer look to see if it makes sense to add this additional capability to the app in the future.

Our agency is so glad to be able to use AMS on our mobile devices. Being able to perform comprehensive searches is great. The fact that we are able to view certificates and attach them to Outlook emails is fantastic, but we’re really hoping to see an update that will allow us to edit/create certificates! I’m sure this isn’t a super easy task and don’t want to make light of the hard work that Vertifore has put into the app, but the ability to create certificates would be huge for us!
