Minor improvements and bug fixes

Survey Caveats and Findings can now be recorded via the app and any Client selected (requires internet connection). The survey can show just items that are due for reinspection and also hide items that don't contain asbestos or where the asbestos is removed. Location photos can be recorded during a survey. The home screen can be pulled down to refresh the live data. Samples can be added when inspecting existing items. New button to copy Item ID to Sample Number field.

When creating new properties via the app you can now include Photo, Location, Description and Type plus select the appropriate Client Folder in addition to the fields available in previous versions. Surveys can now only be synchronised once marked as Complete, allowing you to keep working on some surveys while sending others back to the live system. In addition, a Survey Document can be automatically created after the Survey is synchronised. Items can be marked as Removed during a survey.

Fixed an issue where GPS data being unavailable caused sync to be slow.

- Users in USA will now sync data via servers local to the user rather than via the UK - Support for iOS 11.2

This release fixes some bugs that each affected a small number of users and is also tested on iOS 11.

Support for custom list of location icons. The locations had a tendency to disappear if the list got fairly long but we've sorted that out along with a few other small UI annoyances.

Improvements to data synchronization in certain situations.

Improvements to the way data is stored and synchronized to handle unusual issues on certain devices.
