The update is MUCH better.

Granted the mobile app has limited functionality compared to the web UI, the mobile app update it leaps and bounds better than its predecessor. The drop down menu makes it easy to locate a campus rather than the poorly designed swipe method (which always started at “A”) previously in place.

I do agree, the admin should be able to see the PIN. A few other features would be great for the next update, but this is far better than it was.

Good App - but quality is bad right now

I hope they release an update for this app. It has been working fine for a while but now when I log in, it doesn’t connect at all. Nothin works.

When it was working it had all the basics. It took away the need to login to the website to perform simple actions. Please fix the app Brivo.

Brivo Access Update

The Brivo Access update is terrible. Can no longer see the state of lock or unlock without actually clicking on the door. This is a pain. The app was redone to remove colors and icons which makes it more difficult to distinguish fields. It’s hard to know why these changes were made. 🤬
