Last year I used these glasses and it was working great! The only complaint I had was that the shared content wasn’t working but I just kinda got used to it. Now back to present time. I redownloaded the app and … nothing. It won’t load anything. I’ve been sitting and waiting for this app to do something. I’ve waited for about ten minutes and still nothing. I’ve tried to delete it and reinstall it but still that didn’t work. I don’t know know if it’s something I need to change or I’m just not doing something right. Please fix this problem!

I would like to start by saying I absolutely love Chemion, however the newest update of this software has fundamentally broken every aspect of the app! I’ll list the top four I’ve noticed.1: Speed The speed of animations has come to a crawl, any animation you create now runs at a maximum of 1FPS, the speed option has also been removed in this update, no longer allowing you to change it to standard parameters.2: DJ modeA common feature used to be the ability to switch between different faces with ease. The DJ section has been removed as well, and any emoting is now practically impossible. 3: CreationThe creation of new animations is much more limited, with very irritating UI issues. Along with the 2-15 FPS speeds being removed, cloning no longer works in the same way, and it is very hard to create new slides fast, because you have to scroll with each one. 4: GlitchesWhile connected to the app, very occasionally I have my glasses freeze up on a single frame of animation. The only solution I’ve had is to remove the batteries, as not even the power button works. Solution:There are far too many problems on this app for it to be functional and its current state. I feel that the best course of action is to revert to the previous version of Chemion, until the problems can be fixed for this version of the software. I appreciate the aesthetic changes that were made, but if the app doesn’t function the way it’s designed to, it’s practically useless.

The glasses were cool when the app worked properly. The explorer option just continues to say “now loading” without loading any content. The equalizer crashes the app when selected. Yet, you release new products??? BUYER BEWARE!!!! This seems to have been an issue for the last two years or so for many others who have purchased these glasses. I will rate this five stars when the app has been fixed. As of now, I’m stuck with only the few designs I’ve downloaded or created myself. Don’t purchase these glasses until positive reviews have been posted!!!!!!!!

I’ve had the glasses for about a year now. They worked well and are in relatively good/new condition as they were only used once. Recently I’ve tried to use them again and they won’t be detected by the app. I’ve followed advise I’ve found on trying to fix the issue such as holding the button for 10 seconds multiple times. However the glasses still are unable to be detected by the app
