ドクターマリオカモトの研究室は、クラシックスタイルのブロックパズルです。
この落ちゲーの目的は、ゲームフィールドにドロップされた色付きのカプセルを使用して、画面上のウイルスをすべて除去することです。
プレイヤーは落ちてくるカプセルを操作して、同じ色のウイルスと一列に並べてウイルスを消すことができます。
ステージが進むことにウイルスの数も増え、また先のモードになるほどカプセルの落下スピードが早くなります。

・左右ボタンでカプセルを左右に移動
・回転ボタンでカプセルの方向を回転
・下ボタンでカプセルを早く落下させる
ドクターマリオカゲームはリラックスしながらプレイすることができます。
