Absolute garbage

pm schools are a joke
For a company that makes so much money you’d think they would care enough about the students to make an app that actually works. Every time I want to get on the app I have to delete and re-download it. All I want is to be able to check my hours without having to re-download this app daily. All of the messages about how the school is going to operate due to covid 19 have been sent on the app. I haven’t even been able to be notified when a new update about the situation was sent because this. App. Doesn’t. Work. Students pay around 20,000 dollars to attend paul Mitchell schools. There’s no reason you can’t invest in making an app that works.

I’ve had this app for over a year to check my hours at school. It worked just fine until two months ago, now it won’t load anything! I can’t check my hours or look at my account it just has the “loading” circle on the screen the entire time! I’ve tried everything to fix it but so far the only thing that works is by deleting the app and then reinstalling it all over again. So every time i need to use it, I have to delete it and download it again! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!!! IM BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH IT!

If I could give this app no stars, I would. It’s a bit ridiculous that this is the way we track our hours and progress at a school that costs so much money to attend, and yet I don’t even have good access to that information. You always have to delete and re-download the app when you want to access it. I can’t understand why there are so many complaints and bad reviews, but nothing has been done to resolve this issue that affects every student that I have ever met.
