This update contains a minor technical improvement.

The app now also supports the display of PDF documents if they are available as alert attachments.

We've added the ability to simply tap phone numbers in the app to call back users who missed you while being on duty.

We have added the ability to playback sound files (e.g. wav and mp3) for scenarios in which you forward voice mailbox emails in after hours to your on-call teams. They can now playback the recording in the app.

We have fixed an issue where VPN connections which may be required to use the app are not automatically connected when the app starts.

This update aligns with the 2019 release of Enterprise Alert. If you are running EnterpriseAlert 2019 on the backend you'll get - The ability to turn receiving of alerts on and off directly on the dashboard (alert mute) Further enhancements, which are also working with older versions of EnterpriseAlert include: - Refactored/rebuilt network stack incl. authentication workflow that uses new web view. This should fix the problem of having to re-login too often. - Network connectivity alert: when the app is suspended you'll get an alert if your internet connection breaks within the next 3 minutes

- The Execute button for remote actions with many parameters was not displayed correctly under circumstances. This problem is fixed and you can now always scroll down to the button even when the keypad is displayed - We have updated the ADFS user authentication library (ADAL) to the latest version. However, we have not yet added support for presenting trusted device certificates when starting the authentication at ADFS - We have fixed an issue where the shortcuts for collaborate and "who is on call" on the dashboard did not work correctly

We have improved the following: - Dutch (Flemish) translation - Boxing of UI elements on iPhoneX We have fixed the following issues: - 'Who is on call' view was displayed even if permission was not granted in the user role - Names of on-call people are shown, even if that was disabled in the team settings - If the app received 504 server responses, users have been logged out. The app does now display the orange connectivity issue panel on top.

We have extended the Dutch translation. A distinction is now made between "Flemish" (nl-BE) and Dutch (nl-NL).

The app has now also been translated into Dutch.

If the app is configured with an MDM solution and the user authentication expires, the app no longer deletes all of its data from the device. In the case of authentication expiry, the app automatically attempts to log the user in again, which may display a credential dialog.
