I was able to collect the moon piece and place it into the lock for the door, but the app keeps crashing on me. I paid the full price for this game- it’s really enjoyable and has kept me entertained. I really want to finish this game 😩. Please fix this!!! If that isn’t possible I’d prefer to be reimbursed in full and then some for all my money and time I spent on this game.

I was able to collect the moon piece and place it into the lock for the door, but the app keeps crashing on me. I paid the full price for this game- it’s really enjoyable and has kept me entertained. I really want to finish this game 😩. Please fix this!!! If that isn’t possible I’d prefer to be reimbursed in full and then some for all my money and time I spent on this game.

After collecting the moon and sun i can’t move without crashing!Tried rebooting game, rebooting ipad. tried a variety of actions to see if it would bypass that point. No action prevents a crash. FYI there is a crackling sound just before it boots me out. Please fix. This hasn’t happened in a game for over ten years. Would rather fix than refund but if you are unable to correct the issue, I will need a refund!
