Monthly Subscription: £3.99 6 month Subscription: £21.99 Annual Subscription: £39.99 During your subscription period you will be able to view new issues that are released as well as a large archive of back issues. The English Home is published 12 times a year. The subscription will include the current issue if you do not already own it and subsequently published future issues. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. This subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period, your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. You may turn off auto-renewing subscriptions by going to your user’s Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during your active subscription period. Magazine content wonderful - app is horrible

Each month I need to delete the app and reload to get access to my full subscription. For example subscription is Jan - Dec. I access January, no problem and delete from my library to save space. February issue arrives I have to “restore subscriptions” to access February. If I want to access January it shows my subscription is invalid and I need to purchase January again.I have sent this issue multiple times but each time I am told to delete the app and login again.It’s 2023 - apps should not require this level of user intervention.

I purchased a 1 year subscription November 2021. I now am unable to access any new magazines and am prompted to buy. I have tried all suggestions to remedy the problem with no success. Unfortunately the app support is non-existent.

Ever since Chelsea bought this magazine their App has caused me problems. They wouldn’t even honor the balance of my subscription. Now it is impossible to log in. The last issue they show available is November 2016. (It’s now Feb of 2018). Don’t subscribe — you will be disappointed

Buying English Home through the Apple app was a mistake. Past issues no longer available to me and I have no idea who to turn to to sort this out. Fantastic magazine, but a dark-hole when it comes to getting what you paid for.
